"I chose architecture [as a major] because I enjoy both art and math. I also have always had a feeling for space... how works, what is the best way to utilize it, etc. I hope to own my own architecture/interior design firm. I want to be like Zaha Hadid and design buildings that are not only functional, but also beautiful in form. The architecture department at PARSONS is all design oriented; no math or physics are required. Because of this, PARSONS is helping me to develop my aesthetic/design skills before I go into the mechanics of architecture."
